Shipping and Payment Policies

Orders for in-stock products ship within 7 days.

P500 orders ship within 7 days of the product being received by us. We ship p500 orders before we ship other retail orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our secure online shopping cart. At this time we do not accept PayPal, but we may make it available in the future.

We accept credit card payments from the US and Canada. If you are outside the US and Canada, please contact us for details.

Return/Refund policies

We will refund any unpunched and undamaged game ordered from us at the price paid by the customer, plus any shipping fees paid. Customers are reponsible for shipping or returning the product to us.

If the game has been punched or the contents damaged, we cannot accept it as a return.

If the game arrives damaged due to a problem in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may arrange for a replacement of either the box or the game (it remains our discretion which to replace, based on the damage).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BAYONETGAMES' P500

Our p500 system works like this:

1. You submit a card, and we pre-authorize it to capture the number and store it in our secret underground vault.

2. We set it up to bill the amount of your purchase 1 year from the date you submit. This triggers the second email you get from us. This is your signal that we have received your order and that you are on the p500 list. It looks like a recurring charge (like a health club membership or magazine subscription) but is set for a 1-time charge, and doesn't take effect until we tell it to. This is mechanism we have to use in order to store your credit card information.

3. Within 4-6 months, if we do not have enough orders to go to press, we cancel the p500 list, and our chromium-titanium shred-bots destroy any record we have of your credit card info.

4. Once the game goes to press, we charge the cards. We charge them when the game goes to press to give us enough time to contact anyone whose card does not properly run the second time. From the date we go to press until the game is back in our hands is typically 45-60 days.
